Who it's for

For founders, freelancers, and media buyers managing live Meta spend.

The real difference

Your account isn't broken. Your decisions are.

Before the Table

  • You kill campaigns that just needed one more day to settle.
  • You scale on a good day that doesn't repeat the next morning.
  • Every CPA spike turns into an 11pm emotional edit in Ads Manager.
  • Client updates sound like excuses because you don't trust the numbers yet.

After the Table

  • One of five clear verdicts: pause, watch, keep going, turn off, scale.
  • Edits happen against thresholds, not against your anxiety.
  • You protect winners, cut losers, and stop second-guessing the gray area.
  • Client calls start with a number and a next move — not a story.

What the Table helps you decide

The moments where accounts quietly bleed.

Most bad campaign decisions happen in the gray area. The Decision Table gives you a calmer way to evaluate what is happening before you touch the campaign.

CPA

CPA spikes overnight

Is it noise, fatigue, or a real performance problem?

CTR

CTR is strong but purchases are weak

Is the issue creative, landing page, offer, checkout, or audience quality?

Spend

Spend is low but ROAS looks bad

Is it too early to judge, or is the test already failing?

ROAS

Purchases are coming in, but ROAS is unstable

Do you protect the campaign, watch it, or scale carefully?

Report

A client or founder asks 'what happened?'

You get a cleaner way to explain the next move — without overreacting to a single day.

Scale

A campaign is finally working

Decide whether to protect it, scale it carefully, or let the trend confirm before increasing spend.

Why it exists

You don't have a data problem. You have a decision problem.

Most bad campaign decisions happen in the gray area: not enough spend to be certain, enough movement to feel nervous, and just enough pressure to make an emotional edit. The Decision Table gives you a calmer way to evaluate what is happening before you touch the campaign.

Without the Table

  • You turn off campaigns that needed another day to settle.
  • You scale on noise that doesn't hold the next morning.
  • Daily swings turn into emotional edits inside Ads Manager.
  • Explaining "what happened" to clients or founders gets messy.

With the Table

  • One of five verdicts: pause, watch, keep going, turn off, scale.
  • Decisions based on thresholds, not panic.
  • The same logic across campaigns, ad sets, and tests.
  • A cleaner explanation for clients, founders, and internal teams.

The framework

Five verdicts. One language.

Every situation maps to one of five verdicts so the next move is obvious — and the same across campaigns, ad sets, and tests.

PAUSE

Too early

Not enough spend to judge. Hold the line and let it run.

WATCH

Early signal

Movement, not a verdict. Don't edit — observe the trend.

KEEP ON

Within tolerance

Numbers are inside the threshold. Protect what's working.

TURN OFF

Failing test

Enough spend to speak. Weak funnel, no path to recovery.

SCALE

Stable & profitable

Purchases land, ROAS clears, trend not breaking down.

A look inside

See the logic without giving away the table.

The full framework is reserved for buyers, but the logic is simple: enter your Meta numbers, compare them against clear thresholds, and get a recommended next move before making another emotional campaign edit.

Example

Strong CTR + rising CPA does not always mean the creative is failing. It may mean the ad is doing its job, but the landing page, offer, checkout, or audience quality needs to be reviewed before turning the campaign off.
One scenario. The Table covers the rest.

Who it's for

Built for the people actually spending the money.

Founders, freelancers, in-house marketers, and agency teams — anyone making live decisions inside a Meta ad account.

Founders

Founders running their own Meta ads

You need a clearer way to understand whether performance is actually bad — or just early and noisy.

Freelance

Freelance media buyers

You want a simple decision framework for campaign checks, client updates, and optimization calls.

In-house

In-house marketers

You need to explain performance changes without overreacting to every daily swing.

Agency

Agency teams

You want a cleaner internal framework for deciding what to pause, protect, rebuild, or scale.

Built by The Darcy Agency

The hard part is not reading the data. It is knowing what to do next.

The Decision Table was created by The Darcy Agency, a paid social and creative strategy studio for fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and DTC brands. It was built from the real decision moments that happen inside Meta accounts: CPA spikes, low-spend panic, creative fatigue, strong CTR with weak conversion, and the question every account eventually asks — do we scale, pause, fix, or rebuild?

Where the thresholds come from

Written from live accounts, not recycled advice.

Practitioner-built

Paid social is our day job

The Darcy Agency runs Meta buying and creative strategy for fashion, beauty, lifestyle and DTC brands. Every rule here came out of decisions we had to make with real money on the line.

Current calibration

Updated for 27 August 2026

Advantage+ volume floors, Predictive Budget Allocation, the removal of 7- and 28-day view attribution, and the 0.9% feed CTR line are already reflected in the tool and the playbook.

Tested logic

The engine is unit-tested

Scale, hold, trim, cut, fix funnel and the budget guard all run against an automated test suite, so the same inputs always produce the same verdict — no vibes, no drift.

No paid reviews, no borrowed screenshots, no invented star ratings.

FAQ

Quick answers.

Does this replace a media buyer?+

No. It gives founders, freelancers, and teams a cleaner decision framework so campaign changes are based on thresholds, not panic.

Is this beginner-friendly?+

Yes, as long as you can pull basic numbers from Meta Ads Manager. It is simple enough for founders, but sharp enough for working media buyers.

Can I use this for ecommerce?+

Yes. It is especially useful for ecommerce, DTC, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and product-based brands where CPA, AOV, ROAS, and spend thresholds guide daily decisions.

Can I use this with clients?+

Yes, you can use it inside your own client workflow. You may not resell, redistribute, white-label, or repackage it as your own product.

Is this a subscription?+

No. It is a one-time payment. No monthly bill, no software login, no dashboard.

What happens after I buy?+

You get instant access to the interactive Decision Table tool and a one-click download link for the printable playbook PDF. Bookmark the tool, print the playbook.

Why only $27? What's the catch?+

There isn't one. $27 is a founding price while the Decision Table is new. It is one payment, no upsell required, and it stays yours. The optional Daily Decision Engine subscription is separate and never needed to use the table.

What changed in Meta's 2026 delivery, and is this up to date?+

Yes — both the tool and the playbook are calibrated to 27 August 2026. Advantage+ campaigns now stabilise around 25 conversions per 7 days instead of 50, CBO distributes through Predictive Budget Allocation, the 7-day and 28-day view attribution windows were removed in January 2026, and the weak-creative CTR line moved to 0.9%. All of those thresholds are already baked in.

How long does setup take?+

About two minutes. There is no install, no pixel work, and no account connection. You open the tool, type in the numbers you already see in Ads Manager, and read the verdict.

What if it isn't for me?+

Email us within 30 days and we'll refund the $27. You keep whatever you learned — we would rather not have your money than have an unhappy buyer.

Do I need a big budget for this to be useful?+

No. Small budgets are exactly where bad decisions hurt most, so the table includes a budget guard that tells you to stop spending before a campaign quietly drains a lifetime budget with nothing to show.
