We want you to feel confident with your purchase of the Meta Decision Studio. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Email us at info@thedarcyagency.com with your order number and we will assist you.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary, but most refunds appear within 5–10 business days.

After the refund window

Beyond the 30-day window, refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Reach out and we will do our best to find a fair outcome.

Chargebacks

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first — we are nearly always able to resolve it directly. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution.
