1. Who we are
The Darcy Agency LLC ("we", "us", "our") is the seller of the The Decision Table and the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. You can contact us at info@thedarcyagency.com.

Payment card details are collected by our payment processor and are never seen or stored by us.
3. Who we share data with
- Paddle — our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, subscription management, sales tax compliance, and invoicing on our behalf. See Paddle's Privacy Policy.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers — for database, file storage, and serverless functions that power the site and download.
- Email and support tooling — to send order confirmations and respond to inquiries.
- Professional advisers — accountants, auditors, and lawyers, where reasonably necessary.
- Authorities — when required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
4. International transfers
Some of our service providers are located outside the UK / EEA. Where that is the case, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent UK transfer mechanisms.
5. Retention
We keep your order records for as long as necessary to provide the Product and to comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations (typically up to 7 years). After that, data is deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction, erasure, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, email info@thedarcyagency.com. We will respond within one month.
7. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and signed download tokens to protect your data.
8. Cookies
Our site uses only cookies and similar storage that are strictly necessary to operate the site (for example, to keep your session and remember your checkout). We do not set marketing cookies. The checkout iframe provided by Paddle may set its own cookies; see Paddle's privacy notice for details.

We may update this notice from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
